The UK’s most popular Caribbean-themed restaurant and bar, Turtle Bay, has launched an exclusive limited edition cocktail to fly the flag for this year’s Pride.
The colourful creation, named Wray ‘n Bow, is a fruity blend of Wray & Nephew white overproof rum, crème de Mure, lime, gomme syrup and strawberry puree, blended and decorated with a sugar rim, rainbow beetroot, a pomegranate star and mint garnish.
The cocktail will be priced at £7.95 and will be available as part of Turtle Bay’s 2 ‘4’ 1 Happy Hour promotion. £1 from the sale of each cocktail (or two cocktails during happy hour), will be used to support local LGBTQ projects and charities.
Wray ‘n Bow will be available to buy and try in Turtle Bay Brixton, Ealing and Walthamstow from Friday 4th to Sunday 6th July.
