Hylands Estate in Chelmsford has been shortlisted for the prestigious Essex Wedding Awards for Best Historical Wedding Venue, and Venue of the Year at the countywide awards.

Hylands House is famed for its banqueting room with extravagant neo baroque style decorations, plus marble fireplace and floor to ceiling windows. The venue also offers a spectacular contemporary Grand Pavilion, which allows Hylands to accommodate up to 300 guests. The pavilion offers the latest in style and sophistication with romantic lighting and creates an ideal space for receptions.
Winners of the Essex Wedding Awards will be announced at a gala award ceremony on the 23 November at Orsett Hall Hotel, Orsett, Essex.
