The countdown is well and truly on for a mystery local lottery winner in the London Borough of Lambeth who has now just one week left to claim an amazing EuroMillions UK Millionaire Maker prize worth
£1,000,000.
The last-ditch search to find the owner of the winning ticket from the EuroMillions draw on
3 September 2024 is still on. The missing ticket was bought in the London Borough of Lambeth and the winning UK Millionaire Maker code for this prize was
MMVJ 92833. The lucky ticket-holder now only has until next Sunday, 2 March 2025 to claim their prize1.
Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at Allwyn, operator of The National Lottery, said, “We are rapidly approaching the deadline to claim this amazing EuroMillions prize and we’ve not yet been contacted by the rightful ticket-holder to claim it.
“There is still time though, with just over one week left for this winner to get in touch – it would only take a couple of minutes for this ticket-holder to check and realise they are a millionaire in waiting. Imagine what a moment that would be!
“We’ve received valid claims on major National Lottery unclaimed prizes right up to the very last minute before – but time is marching on for this missing winner.
“All that we ask is for all EuroMillions players to take some time out of their day to have a search and check their tickets. We are ready and waiting with the champagne on ice for that life-changing phone call to come in to us here at The National Lottery.”
Players are being urged to check and double-check their unique EuroMillions UK Millionaire Maker code for the chance to become an instant millionaire. For every EuroMillions line played, UK players automatically receive a EuroMillions Millionaire Maker code
printed on their ticket.
Players can buy and check their tickets online by downloading the National Lottery app or at
national-lottery.co.uk. Players can also buy and check tickets in retail. Playing online via the app or website means that your ticket is checked, and you get an email notification if you win a prize. You can also scan your retail tickets on
the National Lottery app to check if you’re a winner.
If no-one comes forward with the winning ticket before the prize claim deadline, then the prize money, plus all the interest it has generated, will go to help National Lottery-funded projects across the UK.
Playing any National Lottery game is more than just a chance to win; it’s a way to contribute to something much bigger. Each week, players help generate around £30M for National Lottery-funded projects. With over 700,000 grants awarded to date, this funding
touches every part of the UK. From supporting the arts and sport sectors, to empowering local community groups and preserving iconic British landmarks, players’ participation makes a difference every single day.
With all National Lottery draws, players have 180 days from the day of the draw to claim their prize if they have the winning ticket. Anyone who has any queries or who believes they have the winning ticket for any of the National Lottery draws within the 180-day
deadline should call the National Lottery Line on 0333 234 5050 or email
[email protected].
