If you loved Craig Fairbrass as charismatic psycopath Pat Tate in Rise of the Footsoldier, his new film could be your pick as THE film of 2017.
London Heist is a big budget British crime thriller with an all star cast showcasing a brilliant performance by Fairbrass as career criminal Jack Creegan, whose “one last job” goes horribly wrong when a rival gang murder his father (played by screen legend Steven Berkoff).
With the clock ticking and the police (lead by Lock Stock icon Nick Moran) closing in Jack must uncover the truth and exact his revenge. It isn’t about justice, its about revenge!
Also starring James Cosmo (We Still Kill The Old Way), Tony Denham (Vendetta) and Mem Ferda (Breakdown), London Heist is directed by Mark McQueen who helmed the Jonathan Sothcott zombie movie Devil’s Playground, which also starred Fairbrass.
We’re big Fairbrass fans here at Essex Magazine and we hope London Heist kick starts a new wave of action movies starring this talented, physically imposing London film star.
London Heist is released by Lionsgate on DVD and digital on July 17th.
