The VIRTUAL Cuddle Club Launches

The Cuddle Club in partnership with London Dog Week were set to spread pawsitivity across the streets of London, however due to Covid-19 London Dog Week was postponed last month.

However, together both puppy focused companies have decided that if they cannot take puppy love to the streets then that doesn’t stop them from bringing virtual PUPPY LOVE and cyber cuddles!

Not only will Londoners be able to meet the doggy therapy collective via The Cuddle Club Heroes, but now every dog lover throughout the entire UK or (possibly the whole world) will be able to meet Cuddle Club pups, see their adorable faces and interact with them virtually as a group. Virtual Cuddle Club includes ‘meet the heroes’ where onliners can watch specific activities such as joining the pups on their daily isolation exercise walk and bathtime pampering hour.

As Lockdown continues we are all in need of an alternative to virtual workouts and cookery classes and seeing the faces of cute pups definitely is a highlight of any isolation day. It is also proven that dog therapy is scientifically proven to be mood boosting and wonderful for our mental health.

The Cuddle Club and London Dog Week partnership, wants to ensure that key workers, lonely and vulnerable people in the UK really are included to benefit from the power of dog therapy and will be making special arrangements to reach out to these groups and brighten up their days.

Co-ordinator and Cuddle Club Founder, Aneka Johnson says, “Dogs are natural companions and help people through loneliness and isolation all the time, we are bringing this virtually, as there are no limits to the amazing effects dogs have on people”.

London Dog Week co-founder, Lois Mallet Walker adds, “Through the power of technology, we can reach as many people throughout the UK and globally in spreading PAWSITIVITY through virtual dog therapy during this pandemic. Connecting people through dogs and seeing virtual happiness”.

The Cuddle Club VIRTUAL opens it’s cyber doors to the public on Saturday 18th April at 12noon. The Cuddle Club has capacity for up 10 people per time slot, slots will be available throughout the day, all time slots and booking information is available on The Cuddle Club website. Over 300 people can meet the Cuddle Club Heroes virtually in one day.
