As ROL Cruise, the UK’s No. 1 independent cruise retailer, celebrates its 30th anniversary year, the company is also honouring a remarkable personal milestone for one of its longest-serving team members, Claire Brown, who joined the business at its launch in 1995 and is proudly celebrating 30 years with the company.
Claire’s anniversary is particularly special, as it mirrors the company’s own journey and reflects the loyalty and dedication that have been central to ROL Cruise’s success over the past three decades.
Now head of commercial analysis, Claire is one of 17 co-owners – as ROL Cruise now refers to its team following the move to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) in 2024 – who celebrated significant work anniversaries during the first quarter of 2025.
Together, these valued team members represent an extraordinary 222 years of combined service, with many more anniversaries still to be marked as the company continues its anniversary celebrations throughout the year.
