Ellisons has successfully advised Horkesley Heath Limited on the sale of land at Horkesley Manor, Great Horkesley to Hopkins Homes. The site, which benefits from outline consent for 100 residential units, including 30 affordable homes.
The transaction involved detailed negotiations to secure planning obligations, with Ellisons playing a key role in structuring the complex Section 106 agreement. The firm’s Commercial Property team, led by Chris Harvey, oversaw the transaction, while Phil Slater and Stewart Nicholson provided specialist banking advice.
