The Chairman of Braintree District Council has received a private tour of Mulberry Homes’ Braintree development, to see the progress the site has made since it launched two years ago.
Situated off Rayne Road, Mulberry Homes at Braintree is a stunning development comprised of two, three and four-bedroom luxury homes, in the heart of the Essex countryside. The development launched to the public in summer 2023, and its first phase of 32 homes sold out in June 2024.

The Chairman, Councillor Lyn Walters, was recently shown around the development by Anita Fincham, Sales Manager at Mulberry Homes. During the visit, the Chairman toured the completed first phase and ongoing second phase, and had the chance to meet some of the residents who are already settled into the new community.
