HC-One’s Admirals Reach Care Home in Chelmsford, Essex, was visited on Friday 20th December by MP for Chelmsford, Marie Goldman.

Residents and colleagues of the HC-One owned care home enjoyed meeting MP Marie Goldman and chatting to her about what life is like at Admirals Reach Care Home – which is an integral part of the local Chelmsford community.

MP Marie Goldman enjoyed a tour round the 128 bedded residential, nursing and nursing dementia care home, including areas of the home which have benefited from HC-One’s refurbishment and upgrade programme such as the newly refurbished hair salon, the renovated lounge, ensuite and premier bedrooms, and beautiful communal gardens.
MP Marie Goldman enjoyed touring the Nelson, Benbow and Jellicoe communities and hearing from Home Manager, Lal Mangalam about the home’s refurbishment programme, the wide choice of meals available to residents, and the variety of events and activities the home hosts.

Lal Mangalam, Home Manager at HC-One’s Admirals Reach Care Home, commented:
“We were delighted to welcome MP Marie Goldman to our home. Everyone had a great time, chatting and discussing key issues they care about and what actions can be taken to overcome them.”
