The team at HC-One’s Oaklands Care Home were delighted to have received an impressive CQC report that rated the home as ‘Good’. The inspectors were full of praise for the team at Oaklands, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for residents at the home.
Residents endorsed the rating, with resident Maureen Selfe, stating:
“The staff deserve it! They are all so lovely and take very good care of me and the other residents living at Oaklands.”
Residents and their relatives have also rated Oaklands 9.7/10 on the independent review site Carehome.co.uk.
