The team completed the London Landmarks Half Marathon and raised over £4,000 for their efforts, which has helped TFP Fertility, one of the UK’s leading fertility and IVF specialists which TFP Simply Fertility is part of, hit the £100,000 milestone mark.
The running team of nurses, embryologists, patient support and management, who are fertility specialists, included Alicia, Katie, Lewis, Lucy, Nicole, Leanne, Lucinda and Ria.
The London Landmarks Half Marathon is an award-winning central London event that has become a staple in the running events calendar. The event is owned and organised by Tommy’s to help raise money to save babies’ lives.
Lewis Urwin, General Manager at TFP Simply Fertility said, “TFP Fertility partnered with Tommy’s in 2019 to support the charities’ focus of saving babies’ lives by funding research and offering support to individuals and couples experiencing pregnancy complications.
“Tommy’s rely on donations to continue the brilliant work they do and the research and support they give to families are second to none.
“We are very proud of this partnership and the Chelmsford team for running to raise awareness and money for this universal subject that impacts so many”, Urwin finishes.
