A new Starbucks store, operated by 23.5 Degrees, will open in Clacton-on-Sea on Friday 5 April, creating 20 new jobs in the local community
This opening represents another step in Starbucks ambitious plans for growth in the UK, with many more stores planned to bring the iconic Starbucks Experience to more people across the UK, particularly in key city and drive thru locations, working with local partners to ensure stores work for their communities and benefit the area.
Gemma Barrett, New Store Opening Manager at 23.5 Degrees, said: “We are excited to open our new store and look forward to welcoming the Clacton-on-Sea community. To celebrate, we will be offering reusable cups to the first 100 customers. We will also be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:00am on the opening day.”
The store has a contemporary design and offers customers the opportunity to enjoy a handcrafted cup of coffee and relax with the comfortable seating and free wi-fi. Customers can also order via the Starbucks® UK App, available for iPhone® and Android™, via Uber Eats. Those looking to recharge while on the go can use the convenient Drive Thru lane.
Customers can enjoy Starbucks Spring menu, now back at Starbucks stores nationwide. This includes returning fan favourites Iced Toasted Vanilla Oat Shaken Espresso, Caramelised Macadamia Oat Latte and the brand-new Iced Strawberry Matcha Tea Latte and Iced Caramelised Macadamia Oat Shaken Espresso. Starbucks® UK proudly serves a broad range of dairy alternative options for free.
Starbucks® offers a 25p discount to all customers who bring a reusable cup when purchasing a drink.
The new store is conveniently located at Old Road, Clacton-on-Sea, CO15 1HX and is open from 06:00 – 21:00 Monday to Sunday.
