Two friends and business partners have teamed up to open a new home care provider service in Essex.
Sumaila Salihu and Adeola Ogundipe are opening the Southend-on-Sea branch of SureCare to bring high-quality person-centred care and support services to the area.
They will be joined in the business by their wives, who both have a background in the care industry, while they are also looking for a registered manager and a number of staff to complete the team.
Ahead of their regulation by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), SureCare Southend-on-Sea is currently offering a range of non-regulated services including childcare, home services, pet care, cleaning and handyman work.
Once regulated, they will also be able to offer domiciliary care, live-in care, respite and holiday care, and dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
Sumaila said: “We’re really excited to be opening a SureCare franchise in Southend-on-Sea. Adeola and myself want to deliver care to our clients that truly makes a difference to their lives.”
Adeola said: “We researched a number of care companies and SureCare really stood out for us. Like us, they’re a family business and we liked the fact that they have been in business delivering care for 30 years.”
Gary Farrer, Managing Director of SureCare, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Sumaila and Adeola onboard as our second franchise for the Essex area.
“We were impressed with their passion to provide a great service to our SureCare customers in Southend-on-Sea.”
