A recent survey from Savills has revealed that commitment to moving home is at ‘its strongest in over a year’, with 30% of respondents determined to move house in the next six months.* This increased motivation amongst hopeful buyers is expected to significantly drive demand for affordable developments across London in the first quarter of 2024.
