During National Careers Week (4 to 9 March), ACL Essex is showing businesses how they can support employees with a range of courses.

Councillor Tony Ball, Essex County Council’s Cabinet Member for Education Excellence, Lifelong Learning and Employability, said, “National Careers Week is a great time to look at strengthening your workforce. Many training opportunities come at no cost, plus courses are flexible to fit around employees’ current work schedule.”
ACL Essex has provided these top tips to help employers across the county to boost their workforce:
1. Employees can work and learn at the same time with flexible learning courses:
Employees don’t need to take lots of time off work to learn. ACL Essex provides a range of flexible learning courses. These online and hybrid courses can fit around busy lifestyles. They can be completed at a time that suits the learner. These courses enable employees to gain qualifications in a range of subject areas including management. 2. Take on an apprentice to help refresh your workforce:
