Amar Latif OBE, TV personality and blind travel pioneer has relaunched Traveleyes for blind and visually impaired holidaymakers.
After being rejected by mainstream travel operators as a solo visually impaired traveller, Latif established Traveleyes in 2004 to empower blind and visually impaired travellers keen to explore the world both freely and independently.
Relaunched on 12th December 2023, the new collection of carefully-crafted, multi-sensory group holidays enable an equal number of visually impaired and sighted travellers to explore exciting places in the UK, Europe, and worldwide. Blind and visually impaired travellers will be paired daily with sighted travellers, who will describe the sights and scenes they see. This provides an enriching experience as well as the chance to make good friends along the way.
