The addition of products with fees to complement the range of fee free products will provide more options and support brokers and their customers looking to manage their immediate monthly costs, which could be a welcome option with ongoing financial uncertainties.
These products are available for residential and buy to let mortgages and include:
Residential products:
• 2-year; 3-year and 5-year fixed rate options
• Rates from 6.29% for products with a 1% product fee
• Rates from 6.49% for fee free products
Buy to let products:
• 1-year; 2-year; 3-year and 5-year fixed rate options
• Rates from 4.59% for products with a 3% product fee
• Rates from 6.59% for products with a 1% product fee
• Rates from 6.89% for fee free products
