These aerial shots of Bellway’s Westcombe Park development in Heybridge provide a spectacular bird’s eye perspective of the construction work that has taken place on the site so far.
Part of the wider North Heybridge Garden Suburb scheme, the development will deliver 262 properties on a 20-acre site off Broad Street Green Road.
The above image, looking south towards the existing settlement of Heybridge, shows groundworks underway on the site in the foreground, with the development’s spine road leading from the new roundabout junction with Broad Street Green Road at the bottom left of the picture.
This photo was taken directly above the new roundabout junction and shows the new spine road leading westwards into the site. Westcombe Park represents the second phase of the Heybridge Garden suburb development, which is set to deliver more than 1,000 new homes across five phases.
This shot provides a closer look at the activity taking place on Bellway’s Westcombe Park site. The development will include a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with the first properties set to go on sale early next year.
