Construction work is now complete on the new 218-home Willow Park development in Halstead.
The scheme, built by Bellway off Winston Way in the Essex market town, was launched in March 2020, and features a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom properties, with 153 houses for private sale and 65 affordable homes made available for local people through rent or shared ownership.
With building work on site now finished, there are just seven houses remaining for sale at the development which are all ready to move into.

The development includes more than 30 acres of parkland and public open space with footpaths and a children’s play area as well as wildlife habitats.
The scheme has also generated nearly £1.7 million in investment for the area. This money is part of Bellway’s commitment to the area through the planning agreement for the development.
The funding will support services and infrastructure in the area and includes £1.2 million for education and more than £200,000 for outdoor sports.
The final homes for sale at Willow Park are all in Bellway’s four-bedroom Philosopher house style. This has a wide kitchen/dining/family room running across the back of the house with French doors leading to the garden, as well as a living room, a study and a utility room. Upstairs, there is a family bathroom and an en suite shower room to the main bedroom.
On Saturday 18 November, Bellway will be opening the doors to a new showhome allowing the public an opportunity to look around a fully-furnished Philosopher house.
As a part of its national mortgage incentive, Bellway is currently offering buyers up to £18,000 towards their mortgage at Willow Park, until 30 November.
