A giant jumble sale will be held at the Danaher Animal Home on Saturday August 12 to raise much needed funds to help rescue animals.
The Danaher Animal Home and the RSPCA Essex Mid and North Branch will be hosting a good old-fashioned jumble sale.
A spokesperson for the centre said: “The doors will open promptly at 11am and remain open until 3pm, giving people plenty of time to browse through the treasure trove of items available.
“Whether you’re a bargain hunter, a vintage enthusiast, or simply looking for unique finds, this event is not to be missed.
“The jumble sale promises a wide range of items, so you never know what hidden gems you might uncover amidst the organised chaos of the sale. The best part is that all proceeds from the event will go towards supporting the incredible work done by The RSPCA and Danaher Animal Home in caring for and rehoming animals in need.”
Organisers have asked that visitors bring their own shopping bags.
The spokesperson added: “With so many amazing bargains waiting to be discovered, you’ll want to ensure you have enough space to carry your finds. As you rummage through the items on offer, not only will you be able to score fantastic deals, but you’ll also be making a meaningful contribution to the welfare of animals in the local community.
“Mark your calendars and spread the word about this exciting jumble sale event at The Danaher Animal Home. It’s an opportunity for everyone to come together, support a worthy cause, and enjoy a nostalgic shopping experience. We look forward to welcoming you for a day filled with great finds, community spirit, and the satisfaction of knowing you’re making a difference in the lives of animals in need.”
