July, Bill’s are launching a bunch of sizzling summer specials, bound to heat up your summer. The new Taco ‘Bout It and Tequila Me Softly menus are packed with the equally tempting and tasty taco plates and tequila-fuelled cocktails, perfect for kicking off
a summer of fun.
So, Let’s Taco’ Bout what is on offer…Choose from three flavoursome taco plate options of; Spicy Pulled BBQ Brisket served with spicy taco mayo & chilli flakes, or Buttermilk
Fried Chicken served with spicy taco mayo & chilli flakes or Roast Squash & Feta (vegan option available) served with basil & lime mayo. Each Taco plate portion is £12 each, which includes three Taco’s with the same fillings, providing the ultimate taco of
the town this summer.
If the Taco’s weren’t enough excitement, sides to further tantalise tastebuds include Chargrilled Courgettes, Bill’s House Salad, Macaroni Cheese, Sweet Potato Fries,
Roasted Flatbreads and more.

Not only will there be new treats to eat on the menu, but Bill’s have also shaken up a select cocktail menu full of specials with Altos Platos Tequila to bring a Happy
Hour lasting not 1 hour, not 2 hours, but all day (available from 11.30am till close)!
The Tequila Me Softly cocktail happy hour deal of 2 for £12 is available on any of the cocktails on the menu. Guests can choose from the Arctic Margarita with Olmeca
Altos Plata, shaken with blue curacao and a twist of orange (Frozen option available*), the Picante Margarita with Olmeca Altos Plata served over ice with fresh citrus & spicy chilli rim, Pink Melonade Margarita with Olmeca Altos Plata shaken with strawberry,
watermelon & fresh citrus (Frozen option available*), Mexican Lime Cooler with Olmeca Altos Plata stirred with Mexican Lime Soda & fresh lime , or Pink Grapefruit & Rosemary Paloma with Olmeca Altos Plata stirred with Pink Grapefruit Soda, fresh lime & rosemary.
