Sushi Daily is launching its brand new miso-inspired summer menu, exclusively available over the summer in kiosks in Waitrose and Asda stores across the country.
The new Sushi Daily Miso summer range is a real flavour bomb; a rich, deep flavoured mayo mixed with delicious miso paste, added onto Sushi Daily’s most popular rolls.
The miso flavour, known as umami, has a salty, sweet, toasty taste, and is a staple in traditional Japanese cuisine – commonly used in a range of sauces, dressings and soups.
The Miso summer range consists of four of Sushi Daily’s best-selling products with a miso twist: Miso Maki is traditional salmon and avocado rolls, topped with miso mayo
– so simple, yet so delicious. Take it to the next level with the Miso Salmon Roll, an inside out roll with added cucumber and crunchy sesame seeds.
Can’t decide which one to get? Don’t worry. The Miso Combo is the perfect platter for those wanting to try the full range. It comes with fourpieces of freshly sliced Salmon
Sashimi, three Miso Salmon Rolls, two Miso Salmon Maki and two Miso Avocado Maki.
The summer menu also comes with a new Miso Salmon Poke bowl – the perfect grab-and-go
dish,
ideal for lunch or dinner. The bowl consists of high-quality salmon, fresh edamame beans, avocado, sweet mango, pickled carrot and red cabbage for a tangy crunch,
all resting on top of fluffy sushi rice and topped off with sesame seeds, fried onions, and of course, miso mayo.
Throughout the summer, Sushi Daily is also rolling out a Takeaway for £20 offer across all their kiosks, perfect for sharing at summer picnics or busy evenings. The offer
includes three platters for only £20 – the Miso Combo platter, Menu San and Veggie Crunch Roll.
The summer menu is available from 12th
June until 20th of August 2023.
