One of the UK’s top independent integrated agencies, Four Agency Worldwide (Four) is launching a school and college leaver programme – Flourish@Four – in July 2023.
The scheme is open to school and college leavers and has been designed to give more people without a degree a jump start into the creative agency world. Successful candidates will start a career in an exciting and ambitious industry at a vibrant and supportive environment in Four’s London (based in Tower Hamlets), Sheffield and Cardiff offices.
As a BCorp accredited company, Four is committed to balancing purpose and profit, considering impacts on workers, customers, suppliers, community and environment. This latest programme has been devised to create new opportunities in a variety of Four’s teams including social media, digital, public relations, design, marketing and media planning and buying as well as central roles in HR, IT and finance.
ONS research (2014-2021) found that young people who have lived in households where no one is employed were more likely to be economically inactive than young people from other socio-economic backgrounds. The London Institute of Banking & Finance found that pupils eligible for free school meals are much less likely to go into higher education and are also almost twice as likely to drop out before the start of their second year in higher education.

“There are many young people who don’t consider higher education as an option. We want to offer a route straight from school or college into one of the UK’s most vibrant and exciting industries. There is real talent out there – amongst these young people – and we’re keen to start working with them more. Our school and college leaver programme has been designed with exactly that in mind.”
To apply for a place young people need to fill in an online application form at https://www.four.agency/vacancies/flourish-four and write half a page on something interesting about themselves – from what they do at the weekends to their favourite subject at school or college – by midnight on 30 June 2023.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a personality profile and successful candidates will be invited to a Flourish@Four day on Tuesday 11 July 2023 at The Hickman, Four’s London office – for interviews, discussions and presentations. Four will cover travel costs for any applicant travelling from the Sheffield and Cardiff regions.
The Flourish@Four scheme will complement Four’s longstanding graduate training programme.
