With prices varying regionally, work out how many years it will take to own your real-life plastic mansion around all areas of the UK.
With more occupations than Brooklyn Beckham, the once fashion-focused doll has tipped her toes into more occupations than hot-tubs having had over 200 jobs, including a vet, a chef and president. But how does a teacher, who typically earns between £25,000 to £32,000 a year, afford a three-story house with eight rooms, a lift, a pool, a party room?
If the blonde icon still worked as a waitress, it would take her 257 years saving £17,000 per year for her dream pad in London, compared to 118 years if she worked as a computer engineer and 98 years if she worked as a yoga teacher – let’s hope she’s trading crypto on the side!
Even during her stint as a pilot, jet-setting round the world, with a very tidy take-home of over £95,000 a year, it would take about 24 years to afford her dream house in Yorkshire with all the bells and whistles.
With the calculation based on the average UK job salary, and desired location, whether that be trendy Shoreditch in London or the sprawling hills of Pembrokeshire, Victorian Plumbing will answer the question on everyone’s lips….can the blonde babe, in any of her occupations, really afford her home in reality?
