Upstairs at Trinity, Adam Byatt’s neighbourhood restaurant in Clapham, is excited to announce the return of its hugely popular goose menu for the festive period. Available from 1st December for lunch or dinner, Tuesday – Saturday, the festive menu showcases Adam’s creative, ingredient-led dishes the restaurant is renowned for.
Designed to be shared for groups of four or more, the three-course feast will provide plenty of yuletide magic alongside an array of festive-led dishes. Starters for the table include Whole Baked Vacherin Mont D’ served with Croutons, Cornichons, and Pickles, alongside a Seafood and Prawn Cocktail with Vodka Marie Rose, and Avocado and Lime. For the main course – a roast goose to share – served with Goose Fat Roast Potatoes, Confit Leg, Baked Stuffing, Buttered Sprout Tops, and Cranberry Sauce. To finish, guests can choose from Trinity Yule Log with Bayley’s Cream;
Mincemeat Tart served with Christmas Pudding Butter or Stitchelton and Port Roast Figs. Leafy Clementines with Tea or Coffee completes the menu.
