Celebrities including Love Island finalist Andrew Le Page, Amy Hart and Talia Storm attended an exclusive ‘First Taste’ event in a Subway® store, to celebrate the launch of a new limited-edition Sub.
Guests were spotted tucking into the all-American inspired Buffalo Chicken Subs in a Central London store. Subway hosted ‘First Taste’ events in select stores around the UK on Thursday 1st September, to give Subway fans the chance to try the tasty new option before it officially goes on sale across the UK next week.
Subway’s new Buffalo Chicken is packed full of flavour, with marinated chicken breast in a fiery Buffalo glaze, paired perfectly with a creamy new blue cheese dressing. Fully customisable, the new Sub is available as a 6-inch or Footlong on any bread, or as a salad or a wrap.
Alongside the new limited-edition Buffalo Chicken, Subway have also announced two new permanent menu items launching on the 7th September. The Big Beef is making a return from 2018, and there’s also a new side; a Cheesy Garlic Slice.
Offering more flavour, more deals and more choice, Subway’s latest menu additions will be available from Wednesday 7th September 2022 – with the Big Beef Sub and Cheesy Garlic Slice both permanent menu items. The Buffalo Chicken Sub is a limited edition and only available until Tuesday 8th November 2022, so you’ll have to be quick!
Angelina Gosal, Head of Marketing UK & Ireland at Subway® said: “We love that so many Subway fans got the chance to try the brand-new Buffalo Chicken Sub at our ‘First Taste’ events around the UK this week.
