Shehneela Ahmed, Britain’s first British Asian female football agent, was selected by Visa, sponsor of UEFA Women’s EURO 2022TM, at Brentford Community Stadium to present the Player of the Match Award, in recognition of her own contribution to the women’s game in her community.

As part of its commitment to elevating the game while driving excellence, equality and inclusion for women across the whole economy, Visa invited Shehneela Ahmed to present the Player of the Match Award. Ahmed became the first female Muslim football agent in Britain, and is now on a mission to open up the sport to more female players and people from ethnic minorities through her agency, PlatinumFA.
