Hedingham & Chambers’ Seasiders and Clacton Rocks buses have been busy bringing seaside cheer to Colchester and Clacton, with two pop-up events at Colchester Lion Walk and Clacton Pier.
Visitors to both locations enjoyed the weekend’s beautiful sunshine vibes through games, competitions, and fantastic giveaways.
Fun lovers enjoyed trying out a giant buzz wire game and took the opportunity to have their photos taken with giant ice creams and bucket and spade. Competitors on the giant buzz wire had three ‘allowed’ buzzes on their way across and their entries were timed. The winners with the shortest times and least buzzes will be announced on Hedingham and Chambers’ social media accounts and they will receive a free family ticket as their prize.
The Seasiders Zone route give you the chance to enjoy a day at the beach in Clacton, get some retail therapy in Colchester and have a maritime adventure in Harwich. Meanwhile, the Clacton Rocks network connects many of the resorts’ top attractions.
Davina Langley from Hedingham & Chambers, said: “We are really enjoying bringing seaside cheer to the city this summer, highlighting just how much fun going to the beach can be and how affordable when doing so on the bus. There was lots of fun to be had for children of all ages at both locations with lots of things to do and win. Getting to the seaside and other attractions around North Essex and Tendring is so straightforward with the Seasiders and Clacton Rocks bus zones and what better way to highlight this than bringing beach vibes to the city?”
Tickets for both the Seasiders and Clacton Rocks bus zones can be purchased online via www.hedinghamandchambers.co.uk or on the Hedingham & Chambers app.
