Fantasy Island is excited to announce it has been nominated in nine categories at the UK Theme Park Awards 2022, including the coveted ‘Theme Park of the Year’ award.
Judged by industry experts, such as chairman of the Roller Coaster Club of Great Britain Andy Hine, the accolades are split into 22 categories, ranging from Best Customer Service, Best Mascot, Best Halloween Event and more.
Located in Ingoldmells on the East Coast, Fantasy Island is home to over 30 rides and attractions perfect for the whole family to enjoy, as shown by the theme parks recognition in this year’s awards.
This year, the Lincolnshire attraction has not only been nominated in the ‘Theme Park of the Year’ category, but also ‘Best Theme Park for Families (Small)’, ‘Best Theme Park for Thrills’, ‘Best Seaside Park’ ‘Best New Attraction (The Guardian)’, ‘Best Value’, ‘Best Social Media Engagement’ and ‘Best Customer Service’.
Fantasy Island was also honoured for its well-renowned Halloween extravaganza, Fear Island, nominated for ‘Best Halloween Event’.
