A new and limited selection of apartments are set to be unveiled at Barratt Homes’ Darwin Green development in Cambridge.
The new collection of two bedroom apartments, called Wren House, are located above the library and will be available for homebuyers to reserve from Saturday 30th April.
The homebuilder is inviting property seekers to book an appointment for the launch to see whether the apartments could suit their style. A limited number of the apartments will also benefit from terraces, which are expected to be snapped up quickly.
Apartment living is ideal for first time buyers in particular, as they provide a great opportunity to make the step onto the property ladder.
One storey living also provides a great space to create a modern home feel. Current design trends, such as minimalism, work perfectly in an apartment space.
Will Phair, Sales Director at Barratt Homes Cambridgeshire, said: “We are really excited to show off our new Wren House apartments to Cambridge homebuyers.
“The launch will give buyers the opportunity to discover how living at Darwin Green could match their lifestyle.
“With our Sales Advisers also on hand to offer advice and answer any questions the property seekers may have, we’d advise anyone who is interested to book an appointment with them now.”
Darwin Green is located a 1.6 mile walk away from the centre of the historic university city of Cambridge. Residents can also gain quick and easy access into Cambridge with cycle and pedestrian friendly routes to and from the development.
The Lawrence Weaver Road development also has great commuter links for working professionals, including the ability to reach London Kings Cross from Cambridge by train in under an hour.
Residents will join an established community and gain access to a wide range of fantastic amenities including its very own central park which will feature 15 acres of open space, and high quality sport pitches.
As well as the launch of the Wren House apartments, Barratt Homes will be bringing a new phase of two, three and four bedroom homes planned to launch at Darwin Green later in the year
