F. Cooke are proud to announce they will be offering special prices for OAPs and students every Tuesday (starting Tuesday 8th Feb) on their traditional pie and mash.
As part of our commitment to being a community player and supporting locals, we will devote every Tuesday as a chance for the elderly and young to enjoy our pie and mash at a decreased price.
Dedicated to bringing generations together, we hope both the elderly and young will take advantage of the offer to enjoy a taste of the original recipe Robert Cooke invented in 1862.
The recipe for F. Cooke has been passed down from generation to generation and now in its 5th generation, we hope to encourage more of the future generation to visit, just like so many generations have done over the years.
Robert Cooke says:
“We are delighted to offer the local community a chance to enjoy our food at lower prices, especially for those who may not be able to enjoy it as often as they would like to. The core of our ethos is about people being able to enjoy our traditional pie and mash with loved ones and come together over our food. For so many years generations have come together in our eel and pie houses and we hope for this to long continue.”
