Last night, journalist and broadcaster Olivia Petter celebrated the launch of her debut book, Millennial Love in The Library Lounge at The Standard Hotel with friends including Ella Eyre, Caggie Dunlop, Niomi Smart and Aja Barber in attendance.
Based on the Independent’s chart-topping podcast of the same name, Olivia Petter explores the questions, quirks and anxieties that consume the contemporary dating landscape. By combining memoir with social commentary and interviews with the likes of Charly Cox, Munroe Bergdorf and Lisa Taddeo, Millennial Love is one of the first books to explore modern dating in this way.
Olivia hosted the event in the intimate Library Lounge, once home to the Camden Council Library. Following the recent unlocking of London amongst greenery and eclectic book cases, guests gathered for a casual evening of reunions and drinks.
