A London Southend Airport customer survey has revealed 90% of people using the airport since the end of lockdown rated its safety measures as ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’.
Investment has been made into new security equipment, bio-shields, extensive information provision and hand sanitiser every 20 paces. Example passenger quotes included,

Of those completing the survey the majority were solo travellers at 35.7% followed by groups of three or more and couples. A combined total of 70% of people were travelling on holidays and visiting friends and family abroad.
