Staff and volunteers at Mid and North East Essex Mind in Colchester have received a donation of £2,000 from the Amazon fulfilment centre in Tilbury.
Mid and North East Essex Mind aims to help people achieve and maintain good quality mental health and wellbeing. They provide a wide range of accessible, professional and confidential support services for communities, businesses and people of all ages.
The charity supports people across the region and plans to use the donation to help develop their online services to ensure local people and businesses can best access the wide range of support available.
The donation was made to Mid and North East Essex Mind as part of the “Amazon in the Community” programme, whereby the company supports the communities around its operating locations across the UK.

Mid and North East Essex Mind is actively helping people deal with the challenges of the COVID-19 lockdown, supporting those in crisis and helping others with emotional problems to develop coping and recovery skills.
