Essex businessman Frank Khalid got invited by Pakistan’s cricket board to come and watch the Pakistan cricket team train last month ahead of their World Cup game against South Africa at Lords.
Pakistan Cricket team underwent a long training sessions to prepare themselves ahead of the do and die game against South Africa in ICC World Cup.
Khalid who has a keen passion for cricket met all the players and wished them luck head of the fixture. Whatever he did worked and Pakistan went into win the next 4 games but failed to qualify for the Semi-finals because of the net run rate.
Khalid who last year scooped the Essex Entrepreneur Of The Year award welcomed the dedication and determination of the Pakistan cricket team, he told us he was “extremely proud” of how far they had got.
