Millionaire entrepreneur Alfie Best has this week unveiled plans for a £4.2million mobile home park in Suffolk.
The Premium Residential development being undertaken by Best’s company Wyldecrest Parks is aimed at the over 50’s will be set next to the tranquil village of Beck Row, in Suffolk.
The development a first for Wyldecrest Parks will see homes priced between £79,000 and £199,000 and offer those retired and semi-retired a “relaxed and peaceful lifestyle”.
Work on the park is due to comments in the next few months with the Park being complete by January 2020.
