Leading lifestyle and B2B PR agency, Big Wave PR, has been shortlisted for three prestigious CIPR PRide Awards (Anglia, Thames and Chiltern) for their campaigns with the Royal British Legion.
The award-winning consultancy, based in Ardleigh, Colchester, has been shortlisted for Best Consumer Campaign, Not-for-Profit and Best Low Budget Campaign for their work with the travel arm of the Royal British Legion. Big Wave PR was tasked with raising awareness of the ‘unsung heroes’ of WWII, those who fought in the Italian campaign at Monte Cassino. The agency worked with national and regional media to get veterans to return on a journey of remembrance and boost awareness about the battle, which became a major turning point in bringing an end to the second world war.

The winners of the CIPR PRide 2019 Awards will be announced at a gala awards event on 19 September at The Guildhall, Cambridge.
