Raver Tots’ Summer Festival is returning to Southend on the 25th August after two back to back sell out shows featuring world famous DJs, circus style big top tents, free fairground rides, mini go-karts, inflatables, crazy golf, face painting and a whole heap of glitter, confetti, stilt walkers and pyrotechnics! The event will be taking place at Garon Park, Southend on Sea on Sunday 25th August from 12-5pm, all from just a tenner a ticket!
This is the second Raver Tots festival of the year, with over 5000 people attending the sell-out May event. It promises to be one of the biggest family events of the summer with showcases from the biggest players in Drum and Bass, Garage and Old School Club Classics, you can expect the Likes of Garage Nation, AWOL, Reggae Roast, Wideboys, Brandon Block, Phantasy and loads more all in attendance, it’s set to go off, in Southend.
There’s masses on offer for kids of all ages from toddlers to older kidsincluding free funfair rides, huge inflatables, crazy golf, games, glowsticks, face painting, soft play and arts & crafts areas, as well as a range of delicious hot and cold food, ice creams and refreshments, plus free parking.
There will be areas for babies, toddlers and young kids but with no segmentation, making life easier for those adults juggling kids of varying ages. The Raver Tots Summer Festival delivers a multi-sensory experience to engage kids and parents together, with huge confetti and CO2 blasts, huge production and creative festival decor, multi-screens, dancers and pyro lighting. This is the ultimate family fun day and a unique opportunity for children and parents to make memories together and bond through music.
Founder Mike Pickets, says: “May’s festival was amazing, we have now sold out the last two events a month in advance with over 5000 people each time, and within the first week of going on sale, we have already sold half of all the tickets so it looks like we’re on for a third sell; out in a row! We’re the only UK rave festival for families and it’s a full-on event for the whole family. We’re so excited to be offering a truly unique festival that parents, carers and even grandparents can enjoy alongside their kids. As a dad, I know what it’s like to have to choose between something entertaining for the kids or something enjoyable for me when planning a day out, but with the Raver Tots Summer Festival there really is something for everyone.”
Whilst the tunes will be huge, the music is always kept at safe noise levels for little ears. Every event is fully risk assessed by a NEBOSH Health and Safety professional.
