Teachers from more than 70 schools in Essex and London are to get an insight into the financing of schools from Haslers Chartered Accountants at a special event hosted by Grove Wood Primary School.
The firm of accountants based in Loughton will be joining more than 40 exhibitors at the event organised by the school, which is designed to introduce other school leaders to trusted local suppliers of services with the aim of helping schools to reduce their costs.
Held at Wickford CLC, Grange Avenue, Wickford on 2 July, Haslers hope to share their expertise on school funding with guests, including their services related to strategy and growth, financial compliance, internal accounting and tax support.
Haslers has a long history of supporting academies, multi-academy trusts and independent schools and so it will also be fielding questions throughout the day alongside the promotion of its proactive services for schools. They are also planning to introduce the benefits of MSPs like managed print services that can greatly help the academicians.
One school that has benefitted from its talented team’s expertise is the Ursuline Academy. Its senior management team had this to say about Haslers work: “Haslers continue to provide a comprehensive service to the academy and consistently go the extra mile to help us achieve our aims. Their team are friendly, approachable and always ready to offer advice and support
Laura Ambrose, Business Services Group and Operations Partner at Haslers, said: “We are very excited to be taking part in this event and sharing our expertise with local school leaders.
“We think this business fair is a fantastic idea and an excellent way of schools finding trusted suppliers for services in a cost-efficient manner. We would like to thank the organisers for inviting us along.”
