The longer, brighter and (hopefully) warmer days are also a great time to give yourself a fresh start, boost your fitness and re-energise yourself.

“I can almost guarantee that when the clocks go forward (31st March) everyone starts to think of summer and their holidays and, unless you’re already a committed gym bunny or fitness fanatic, then almost everyone immediately worries about whether their swimwear still fits. Instead of going on a crash diet our ‘Spring to Life’ event will show you how to make simple and enjoyable adjustments to your lifestyle and inspire you to try something new, whether that’s yoga, Thai Chi or taking up a new hobby” says Royals Centre Manager, Dawn Jeakings.
She adds “Each workshop and advice session is completely free and you’ll meet a variety of instructors and specialists who will really motivate you. However, if your idea of therapy is more retail based, The Royals is the ideal place to give you that all-important ‘me time’ also.”
