Essex’s premier leisure destination, Festival Leisure Park is set to welcome refurbishment and development works due to begin this March.
The successful 27,000 Sq metre park which boasts 1,700 car parking spaces and includes popular venues such as Cineworld Cinemas – the fifth busiest cinema in the country, Hollywood Bowl and 360 Play, alongside an array of popular restaurants will welcome development works which are due to commence on Monday 4th March.
To ensure disruption is kept to a minimum, especially during busy periods such as Mother’s Day, school holidays and big film releases, the works will take a phased approach until Autumn.
The refurbishment and development works are set to update the facias of existing buildings, including the removal of external canopies. The successful park will also see new re-lining of the car park spaces.
Visitors to Festival Leisure Park can also expect to benefit from a new larger outside event area – to include public seating and new flooring.
The refurbishment will see new flooring and glass works undertaken in the main Atrium with impressive new lighting installed.
