Actor Matt Lapinskas sat down with us to discuss his role in upcoming film Dead Ringer and his upcoming projects!
Q. Tell our readers – who is Matt Lapinskas?
Matt Lapinskas is best known for Anthony moon from Eastenders and also finishing seceond on dancing on ice, since then matt has been in the west end and on international tours with shows to sold out audiences.
Q. You have a role in Dead Ringer, how did this come about?
I played the role of Burbank a young but very driven Detective wanting to be the best in his field, I audition in London where I met Richard Colton and Amar Adatia and loved the script and it all went from there
Q. How does acting make you feel?
Being an actor allows me to challenge myself, I love exploring different characters pushing myself to be as truthful as possible
Q. How did your time in Eastenders change your career?
Eastenders was my first job out of drama school it was challenging and exciting all at the same time, I learnt so much from so many different people! And that’s what acting for me is about learning and challenging yourself to be the best you can!
Was a great platform that has allowed me to do many different things
Q. What have you got planned for the future?
In the future I have 3 films out in the next 6 months obviously dead ringer also a horror called the seven produced by Dean Cain and Amar Adatia and then January next year I have a filmed called Red Devil for Sony pictures that I am very excited about, also start filming again in November and have my traditional Panto at Christmas ?
