It turns out dinosaurs are not extinct, and they are coming to Festival Leisure Park on Saturday 9thJune! To celebrate the release of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom at Cineworld Basildon, we have some special guests joining us outside the cinema.
A life size T-Rex will be arriving at the park on Saturday 9th June, appearing at intervals between 11am and 4pm. Standing at 9-foot-high and over 4 meters in length, with a huge tail swinging from left to right, blinking eyes, and moving arms and legs. Despite their fearsome appearance, our Dinosaurs are very friendly, kids and adults of all ages will get the opportunity to marvel at this fantastic creature, and even get to see some baby dinosaurs. It’s a photo opportunity not to be missed!
There will also be free face painting on the day for children to enjoy, as well as the chance to get up close and personal with reptiles that still roam the earth. With appearances from a 14ft Burmese python, Wilbur the Armadillo and many other creatures make sure to invite your friends and family along.
As well as a meet and greet with the Jurassic Dinosaurs, Festival Leisure will also be inviting stars from Nickelodeon’s Paw Patrol to come and visit on Saturday 23rd June, so make sure to put the date in your diaries, as it’s sure to be a fantastic day.
