Essex County Cricket Club’s championship winning players and employees celebrated their historic victory with a special ceremony at County Hall last night.
As the club prepares to defend their County Cricket Championship, Chairman of Essex County Council, Cllr John Aldridge hosted a celebration to remember.
The Club’s new President, David Acfield, who played more than 400 first-glass games for Essex and won four championships, also gave a speech at the event.
