London Southend Airport has today (20 February 2018) launched three new Mediterranean routes – Malta, Sardinia, and Sicily – providing even more choice for passengers this summer.
From May 4, Air Malta will be operating three direct flights a week to the beautiful island of Malta, of which Valletta is the 2018 European Capital of Culture. The airline will also be putting on direct flights two times a week to Catania, Sicily, and twice a week to Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia.
Air Malta is the latest airline to choose London’s best ranked airport for customer service. Flybe, operated by Stobart Air, and easyJet, already cover 34 popular domestic and European destinations including Amsterdam, Groningen, Prague, Budapest, Cologne, Tenerife, Lanzarote and Ibiza.
Tickets are on sale now at www.airmalta.com, with prices starting from £35 to the three new destinations.
