On the 16th of September local charity Lenderhand held their second Annual Fundraiser at The Kings Oak in Loughton where over 150 people attended including TOWIE star Jamie Reed and his model girlfriend Jade Lewis.
This event has since been hailed a success after the fundraiser raised over £10,000 which is “an amazing amount of money” according to a charity spokesperson.
Lenderhand is a charity that provides families and individuals living in Essex with assistance by paying for goods and services that they could not otherwise afford, providing a helping hand through the challenging periods of their lives.
Lenderhand launched in December 2015 and to date we have helped over 300 applicants.
Lois of Lenderhand said “Our aim is to have a positive effect on the people that we help, ensuring a long-term impact on the individual’s livelihood and circumstances.”
