After what seemed like an endless day in the office an advert for a new Thai massage studio in Loughton caught my eye – so hopping on the Central Line with somewhat of a smile on my face I headed to Hands & Heart Thai Therapeutic Massage Studio.
I suffer quite a bit from back pain and often use a massager for back pain to help improve the pain but I was wondering how this Thai massage could help me. Being my debut Thai massage my expectations were somewhat paltry but after meeting Jo who runs the studio she put me at ease explaining the whole process.
The stress relieving Thai massage which was catered specifically for me as I was seeking an authentic and personalised service to ease my back pains proved every bit interesting and exciting.
My massage cost £60 for the hour which I found very reasonable for the area and the experience.
