Brentwood Centre made the most of their summer introducing yet another exciting programme which helped bring the community together.
The “Fit and Fed” programme which closed on Friday night with a community barbeque for all the participants and their families has been hailed a huge success by organisers and funders.
The Brentwood Centre staff and volunteers have worked in partnership with Street Games and Active Essex, FareShareUK and Greggs over the past six weeks to provide local 11-16 year olds with activities and a FREE nutritious meal each day for all participants who were looking to have fun and make new friends in the summer holidays.
Activities and session ran at the Brentwood Centre & Bishops Hall throughout the holidays.
