This weekend all roads will lead to Harlow for the Bush Fair Fayre.
The Fayree returns to southern Harlow for the first time since 1879! Local Councillors Ian Beckett and Mark Ingall have worked with the local community and Bush Fair traders to put together a programme that celebrates the vast array of shops and services in and around the neighbourhood centre.
Events will commence on Saturday 19th August at 10am with a number of community arts and crafts street stalls to visit and some of the food outlets will be offering free tasters
An Open-Mic Session at Café Pizzeria will turn the heat up from 5:30pm and to round up the night, musical film “Hairspray!” will commence at 8:30pm under the stars!
On Sunday 20th August, Café Pizzeria will be open from 8am for The Big Community Breakfast.
Jamie Smart, Manager of Quick Stop Baby Shop at Bush Fair told us “We’re very excited about the return of the Bush Fair Fayre after 138 years!”
