First teaser Trailer for new theatre play The Murder Wife offers an insight into the rehearsal process with footage of the first read through.
The new play from BAFTA winning writer John Foster (Letters of a Serial Killer) The Murder Wife opens in London at the White Bear Theatre in October. Starring stunning newcomer Janine Nerissa and Joe Riley the play tells the story of a woman who discovers her husband is a serial killer and how she deals with this devastating news.
Nerissa, who is also producing, commented “we wanted to offer a unique insight into the making of an independent British theatre production so this trailer introduces the players and the creative talents in footage from our first rehearsal this month.
The second trailer will be us on stage actually rehearsing the play and the third will be a movie-style teaser trailer. I really hope this will be interesting for anyone interested in theatre as well as helping raise awareness for the play.”
We’ll be keeping a close eye on The Murder Wife, which is directed by Jennifer Heaton and Josiah Ward, and will be interviewing Janine soon.
